Docbe Assistant

• Tap the orb and ask in your own words for the page you’re on: rewrite, shorten or translate text, change its tone, size, color, font or alignment, move or duplicate blocks, add sections and pages
• The change lands right on the page, and one tap on Undo takes the whole change back
• Ask how to do anything in Docbe and the assistant takes you there: Settings, Recently Deleted, the right template
• Fill a template by answering a few questions, one at a time
• Three looks for the orb: Living spark, Glass drop or Thread of light, in Settings › Assistant
• Works in all 11 of the app’s languages
• Free to try; Docbe Pro includes a bigger monthly allowance
• Needs an internet connection

102 new templates

• Every shelf now has at least 25 designs: 212 templates in total, each in English and Arabic
• New Reports shelf with 25 designs: status reports, KPI dashboards, audits, sales and expense reports, executive summaries
• 15 more cover letters, 15 more business documents, 15 more planners and trackers, 10 more printable forms and 5 more school documents

Templates without the wait

• Docbe Pro: save any project as a template of your own. It appears under My Templates in the gallery, filed under a category you choose — and starting a new document from it is free for everyone

Open templates from a link

• Template pages on docbe.app open straight in the app; if Docbe isn’t installed, the link takes you to the App Store instead
